Description:
The calendar may be used to schedule appointments or events, and then track those schedules once entered. Calendar functions may be filtered by individuals and event types. Calendar information may be searched for and printed. The calendar operates in two modes, standard and contact review. In the standard mode, appointments are entered for events and meetings with personnel and clients. In the contact review mode, most entries are automatically generated by applying a plan to a client or associate. The entries refer to functions like send letter, send brochure, send invoice, call someone, or schedule an appointment.
