But what if you had a first mate that could steer you through the turbulent times and show you how to get back on course? Ted Williford of Amicus Software is doing just that.

For one amazing week, Ted Williford sailed the Caribbean while teaching a seminar on his newest software--Complete Business Solutions (CBS). Participants were able to engage in a variety of lectures including:

  • The importance of design criteria and data relationships
  • Using advanced features
  • Accounting 101: A discussion of how to use CBS's accounting features, how to easily troubleshoot issues, and a review of the standard reports that are available.
  • An in depth study of the Quick Reports feature.
  • The use of the Quick Labels feature, which allows a user to design and use labels more efficiently.
  • A discussion on the ease of word processing with CBS
  • An unveiling of the new pre-formatted business letters that are provided with CBS.
These include sales, direct mail, and general correspondence letters.
  • Using the New Contact Planner: A discussion on how to instantly generate custom letters, scripted phone calls, event reminders, invoices and more.
  • Time Management and Organization: Author and consultant, Juli Shulem will be sharing insites on how to put the element of control back into everyday life.
  • In addition to the excitement of learning about the newest of features CBS has to offer, there will also be the formation of a user group which will serve to formulate ideas for enhancements to CBS. Of course, Williford will also be on hand to answer any and all questions.

If you missed the boat, don't worry because Amicus Software is always ready to help your business reach its destination. Feel free to contact Ted Williford or Amicus Software to answer any questions you may have.
